What shipping methods are available?
United States Postal Service – provides an alternative method for your shipping needs. Please note that in most cases FedEx ground is very competitive with USPS. USPS may provide service into areas that FedEx service is currently unavailable.
FedEx provides quicker delivery options and all shipments are traceable through FedEx. Overnight shipments are available for orders within the United States only. Canadian orders will have the option of standard FedEx Ground or FedEx International Economy. All other International orders are shipped FedEx International Economy. At this time overnight orders are not available for any International orders. We support shipping only to a business address to ensure the safe receipt of your package. Residential deliveries are not guaranteed. Shop Glenn Roller is not responsible for shipments delayed by customs or other interruptions in the shipping process.

Availability
At ShopGlennRoller.com, we go out of our way to select the kind of distinctive products that will ensure your full satisfaction for which the Glenn Roller name is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are often purchased in large quantities and, because of their sometimes limited availability, this stock may be awaiting new production dates. That means once an item is depleted it may be on backorder for a (short) period of time. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item or large quantity orders please contact us at sales@shopglennroller.com. Quantity orders are automatically awarded special discounts at the time or your order.

Return Policy
Complete satisfaction is your guarantee. If, for any reason, one of our books does not meet your expectations, we stand ready with a full refund or exchange. Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Simply return the product with a copy of your invoice.
Video and audio products are not refundable or returnable. However, if a product defect prevents the product from being viewed or heard a replacement item will be sent to you. This warranty is in effect for up to one year from the purchase date. Just send us the DVD or CD disc and a replacement will be sent out immediately. We ask for the faulty product in return to ascertain what we can do to prevent this from occurring with any of our products in the future. Please include a copy of your original invoice. If you do not have your original invoice, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes, name, address, phone number, order number, the faulty DVD/CD, (specific) reason for return.
