The Educational Program

The Educational Program is stage 1 of three comprehensive educational sales programs. It is recommended for beginning to advanced sales people that want to grow their skills and understanding of the sales process. This package includes The Seven Evolutionary Levels to Profound Selling hard cover book, The Seven Evolutionary Levels to Profound Selling 12 CD audio book and the Que Cards. Further support is provided by on-line exercises that teach and reinforce the lessons learned in Chapters/Levels 1, 2 and 3. This program is designed to take the student through 227 pages of the 400 page hard cover book, 5 hours of auditory study in the CD book and 145 Que Cards. If desired during the enrollment process one may elect to have the manager receive e-mails updating them as to the progress of the student. The student is not permitted to progress from Chapter/Level 1 and 2 until they successful complete the on-line exercises for these sections. Once they successfully complete this section they graduate to the Chapter/Level 3 exercises. Upon the successful completion of all exercises for Chapter/Level 3 the student (as well as the manager if elected) will receive notification of this accomplishment and the student is sent their Business Sales Certification printed on an official certificate.

Note to Management: The Educational Program is a tremendous tool for an on-line education covering foundational to a very advanced understanding of the sales process. It is most useful for assessing an employee's (or potential employees) desire to grow and to learn. If an employee successfully graduates from this program it shows a tremendous desire to succeed – a critical element to successfully growing your sales. We recommend enrolling graduates from this program into The Educational Program Plus. This program teaches students how to apply what they have learned (See Below for more details).

The Educational Program Plus

The Educational Program Plus is stage 2 of three comprehensive sales educational programs. This program is designed for graduates of The Educational Program (or The Professionals Program) only. This program continues where The Educational Program ended. It covers Chapters/Levels 1 - 5 using the materials from The Educational Program.

This is an application program. It teaches a student how to apply the materials in real world situations. To accomplish this, actual sales situations are presented in video format for students to assess what is and is not working. No actors were hired for these modules. To see a sample of how this unique program functions, please view our Product Demonstration.

Since many students want to recertify themselves each year this program serves that purpose as it is updated with new modules annually. Additionally, students may earn their certification under multiple company sponsorships. For example, if a student earns their certification under a particular company, such as KYMCO they may also earn their certification under another company such as Suzuki without having to retake The Educational Program again.

Note: This program does not require ordering any additional materials such as the personality book or negotiation book which are recommended as a student is reading in Chapters/Levels 4 and 5. These materials are part of The Professionals Program.

The Professionals Program is stage 3 of the three comprehensive sales educational programs. It is designed solely for graduates of The Educational Program or The Educational Program Plus. It will focus on Chapters /Levels 1 – 7 using the materials from The Educational Program.

Additionally, this program includes Discovering Your Personality Type paperback book with a full 140 question personality type indicator test, The Only Negotiation Guide You'll Ever Need 3 CD audio book, a special edition CD Insider Tips for those in The Professionals Program and all graduates of this program will receive a stunning clear and blue crystal award. The special edition CD entitled, Insider Tips in The Professionals Program, read by the author provides unique insights associated with each of the evolutionary levels.
