This is a new, continuous sales education program designed for manufacturer to dealer support or for dealership to staff support. To garner support for this unique program, it had to meet two initiatives to be of value in retail operations. - The Time/Value Factor - Each module can be completed in less than 7 minutes/day (or 30 minutes/week).
- The ROI Factor - The Return On Investment is quickly reflected in additional unit and accessory sales.
Can you give me an overview of how this program works?
Enrollment in this program may occur through either a direct call to The Glenn Roller Institute or through a sponsoring manufacturer. (A list of sponsoring manufacturers is shown below.) There are no registration (or withdrawal) fees to participate in the program! There is a single monthly tuition for each store location of which is less than $100. Additionally, this type of enrollment offers unlimited student enrollments for each store location (over 50 there is an additional $10 tuition per student), and covers all administrative support, such as ongoing enrollments, withdrawals, and online support. As a new item, a live, on line student activity report is readily available to monitor all student activity. Currently, this ongoing support is available for up to four years of support.
